Questions & Answers

Everything you might want to know

Do I need a new website, or can this work with what I already have?

It depends on your current setup. If your existing website is working well, you may only need a funnel or CRM setup to improve how enquiries are captured and managed. If your website is outdated or not making it easy for customers to take the next step, a new website may be the better place to start.

I already use software for my jobs — do I need to switch?

The CRM setup is used to help capture and manage leads, enquiries, and follow-up. It doesn't replace the software you already use for job scheduling, invoicing, or running your day-to-day operations. It can work alongside your existing systems.

How long does setup take?

It depends on what's being built. A full website takes longer than a funnel or CRM setup. Your timeline will be discussed and confirmed after the initial consultation based on the scope of the project.

Do you guarantee more leads or customers?

No. The number of leads you receive depends on factors such as your market, advertising, demand, and business. CREO focuses on building a better digital setup to help you capture, organize, and manage the enquiries that come in. We don't promise a specific number of leads or customers.

What if I'm not tech-savvy?

That's okay. CREO handles the technical setup for you and builds everything around your business needs. Once everything is set up, you'll have the access and guidance you need without having to figure everything out yourself.

Is there a contract?

Website and funnel builds are one-time projects. Digital setup can include ongoing management if you need continued support with your lead management, automations, updates, and other changes. Ongoing management is billed monthly.

Who owns the domain, hosting, and account?

You do. You purchase and own your domain, hosting, and GoHighLevel account directly. CREO is given access to build and manage the setup, but the accounts and assets remain yours.

Can I add more pages to my package?

Yes. Additional pages can be added for $50 to $75 each, depending on the complexity of the page. Let me know before the project starts so the scope and timeline can be adjusted accordingly.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit is required to start a website, funnel, or GoHighLevel project. The remaining 50% is due once the project is completed and approved. Ongoing management is billed monthly based on the agreed scope of work. Payment is made through Wise. The deposit is non-refundable once work has started because it covers planning and setup.

What do you need from me to get started?

You'll need to provide access to your domain, hosting, and GoHighLevel account when applicable, along with basic information about your services, service areas, business, and how you currently handle enquiries and customers.

What happens after the project is done?

Once the final payment is made, full access is handed over to you and the project is complete. If you need continued support with updates, adjustments, CRM management, automations, or other ongoing work, Ongoing Management is available at $500/month.

What happens if I cancel the monthly management?

This applies to ongoing management of your CRM, website, and connected automations. Anything that has already been built remains in place and accessible because the accounts belong to you.

If ongoing management is paused, changes, updates, and support will stop until management resumes.
